Starters:

  • Garlic Cobb Loaf
  • Crispy roast potatoes
  • Seasonal medley of vegetables with fresh herbs

Choose two salads from the following:

  • Roasted vegetable cous cous with lemon & fresh herbs
  • Greek salad with cucumber, red onion, tomato, capsicum, feta & olives
  • Potato & roast pumpkin salad with, spinach, pumpkin seeds & garlic aioli
  • Asian style slaw with sesame seeds, cashews & corriander
  • Salad greens with vine tomato, balsamic red onion, cucumber & croutons

Choose two meats from the following:

  • Succulent honey glazed ham on the bone served with relishes and mustards
  • Prime aged beef rump rolled in garlic & thyme served with red wine jus
  • Roasted pork with apple sauce & a rich gravy
  • Chicken cutlets marinated in a mild Moroccan spice

To finish choose two sweets from below:
